This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through TinyTokens (tinytokens.in). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery of the product.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Product must include original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories
Proof of purchase such as order confirmation or invoice must be provided
• Return request must be submitted within the 3-day return window

Return requests submitted after the permitted period may not be accepted unless required under applicable law.


2. Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed as follows:

• Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or banking partner

Shipping charges and delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


3. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refundable amount for approved returns.

This fee covers:

• Payment gateway charges
• Handling and processing costs
• Packaging and operational expenses

The restocking fee will be clearly reflected in the refund calculation.


4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The product delivered is defective
• The product is damaged during delivery
• The wrong item was shipped

Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

If damage occurs due to improper return packaging, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.


5. Non-Returnable Products

The following categories are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:

• Products marked Final Sale / Clearance
Personalised or customised products
• Products that show signs of usage
• Items returned without original packaging
• Products marked Non-Returnable on the product page


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged item
• A defective product
• An incorrect product

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos or video evidence
• Description of the issue

Upon verification, we will arrange:

Replacement, or
Full refund including shipping charges


7. GST Compliance

All invoices issued by TinyTokens comply with applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations in India.

If a refund is processed:

• The associated GST amount will be adjusted as per Indian tax rules
• A credit note or refund record may be generated for accounting purposes.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy terms.
